Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING METHODS

We are located in Prince George, BC, Canada. Our primary shipper is Canada Post. Original art is insured and trackable.  All pieces are shipped safely and with care. There may be delays in shipping. If you require expedited or time-conscious shipping, please contact the shop and communicate your urgency with us.

We ship on Monday and Thursday, but may experience delays due to a variety of factors including but not limited to: extreme weather, family emergencies and holidays. Cut off for shipping is 10am on Monday and 10am on Thursday.

For international shipping, please contact the shop. 

We offer free ground shipping on some items. This shipping comes without tracking. As such, it is not subject to refunds or replacements because arrival cannot be proven.

 

 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping the receiver must submit photographs of the damaged goods to the shipper. The shipper (Erin Stagg Fine Art) will undergo the process of dispute with the shipping broker (eg. Canada Post). 

Lost packages will be disputed before a replacement will be sent.

Original works will not be replaced, but must be reimbursed from the insurance by the shipping broker. Prints and reproductions may only be replaced if the damage is due to the error of the shipper (ie. lack of cushioning or protection). Damage caused by the shipping broker must be handled by the shipping broker. If the receiver is unwilling to co-operate with the shipper in reference to providing information, photographs etc, then their reimbursement may not be processed. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not issue refunds. 

Painting Party cancellations are not eligible for refunds. In the event that you cannot make your painting party, it will need to be rescheduled for another date.
